A Valsa do Estrategista Pirado.
O jogo de poder é jogado por dois Exércitos. Um exército luta com as tropas uniformizadas de branco, o mocinho – o meu Exército; o outro, o bandido, com os escuros. Cada um inicialmente tem dezesseis Regimentos:
Um Comandante Geral, um Estrategista, Dois de Inteligência, dois Capelães, dois de Cavalaria e oito Batalhões.
O posicionamento inicial dos exércitos, assim como o formato do campo de batalha é o seguinte:
Os regimentos na linha de baixo e da esquerda para a direita são: Inteligência, Cavalaria, Capelão, Estrategista, Comandante Geral, Capelão, Cavalaria e Inteligência.
Os Exércitos movimentam alternadamente um de seus regimentos, sendo sempre o exército com tropas brancas o primeiro a começar. Um movimento consiste em armar um ataque e tomar o espaço do inimigo, respeitando as regras internacionais do tempo de guerra.
Só a cavalaria pode passar por cima de outros regimentos. Existem diversos movimentos; e um movimento especial em que um exército pode movimentar dois regimentos simultaneamente.
Um exército pode capturar regimentos do inimigo. Para fazê-lo tem de movimentar um de seus regimentos para um território que contenha um regimento inimigo, respeitando as regras de movimentação.
O regimento capturado é retirado do campo de batalha pela Cruz Vermelha Internacional. A captura, no entanto, não é obrigatória. E o jogo termina quando se conseguir capturar o Comandante Geral, ou ocorrer um armistício.
